-40

Beta on TestFlight

Weather for people who actually go outside.

Multi-city iOS weather app built around a custom high-resolution animated radar and fluent in both °C and °F. Plus air quality, pollen, a marine forecast, NWS alerts, and Live Activities. Native SwiftUI, with a macOS companion.

MTGCRM app icon

MTGCRM

In development

A CRM and mortgage toolkit for loan officers.

A multi-tenant platform that keeps a loan officer's contact book clean by enriching, validating, and de-duplicating across Outlook, RingCentral, and LinkedIn. It also generates polished client-facing loan illustrations, and sends live rate-lock alerts, on web and a native iOS app.

KIO app icon

KIO

In development

Post-quantum secure messaging for regulated industries.

An end-to-end encrypted messenger built for compliance-regulated work. Post-quantum cryptography at NIST Security Level 5, strong assurance of who you're really talking to, and secure transfer of large files.

-40

Beta on TestFlight

A native iOS weather app built around a custom high-resolution radar engine, and around a simple idea in its name. At −40°, Fahrenheit and Celsius read exactly the same; everywhere else, the two scales trip up families, friends, and colleagues talking weather across borders. -40 speaks both fluently, so a forecast means the same thing whether you're new to the U.S. or checking in on people overseas.

  • Multi-city paging Your GPS location plus saved cities, each on its own swipeable page that loads independently.
  • High-resolution radar A custom Metal-rendered, animated radar with continental coverage and high-res per-metro detail on deep zoom.
  • Storms on the map Storm cells, local storm reports, and NWS warning polygons drawn right over the radar.
  • Air quality, pollen & marine Daily AQI, allergen forecasts, and a boater forecast with sea state, small-craft advisories, and moon phase.
  • Alerts & rain nowcast Push-delivered NWS warnings filtered by severity, plus opt-in “rain starting in ~N min” nowcasts.
  • Live Activities Current conditions on the Dynamic Island and Lock Screen.
  • Detailed forecasts 7-day and hourly outlooks with humidity, wind, pressure, UV, and precipitation/wind/tide-moon views.
  • Both scales, fluently Every forecast reads in both °C and °F, so weather talk lands the same with people in the U.S. and abroad.
  • Native across Apple platforms Built end-to-end in SwiftUI, with a macOS companion that shares the radar engine.

In TestFlight beta now (v1.0). Settings let you tune units, theme, accent color, alert severities, and the radar palette.

MTGCRM

In development

A multi-tenant platform for mortgage loan officers that does three things exceptionally well: keeps the contact book clean, turns loan numbers into client-ready illustrations, and tells loan officers when to lock.

  • Contact enrichment Continuously syncs Outlook / Microsoft 365, RingCentral, and LinkedIn, backfilling missing emails, phones, titles, and profile photos.
  • Validation & de-dup Verifies email deliverability and phone line types, normalizes numbers, and surfaces duplicate pairs to review and merge.
  • Communications history Calls and SMS logged per contact, with recent-activity, birthdays, and pipeline views.
  • Loan Cost Illustrations TILA-compliant LCIs and side-by-side scenario comparisons for Conforming, FHA, VA, and ARM programs, with correct APR, PMI/MIP, and funding-fee math.
  • One engine, every surface The same calculation engine drives the web calculator, the server PDF, and the iOS app, so numbers match everywhere.
  • Native iOS app SwiftUI and offline-first: Contacts, Recent, Dashboard, LCIs, and Settings, with cross-device scenario sync.
  • Live index data Treasury and SOFR rates pulled and cached server-side so ARM illustrations stay current.
  • Live rate-lock alerts An intraday monitor watches Treasury yields and mortgage-backed-securities prices and pushes lock-vs-float recommendations, with conviction scoring, when the market crosses meaningful thresholds.
  • Daily rate digest A morning summary of where rates stand, with the day's lock/float read for ARM and fixed-rate programs.
  • Per-tenant isolation Each loan officer gets their own database, dashboard, branded PDFs, and subdomain, with no shared logins or cross-tenant access.

Native on iOS 17+ and the web; invitation-only. Every illustration prints the loan officer's own branding and contact card. Live at mtgcrm.com.

KIO

In development

A secure messenger built for compliance-regulated work, not a mass-market chat app, but the one to reach for when you need strong assurance of who you're talking to and quantum-resistant confidentiality.

KIO's core is original, in-house technology, not a re-skin of an open protocol. Built on a post-quantum cryptographic stack at NIST Security Level 5 and aligned to CNSA 2.0, it's designed for a defensible, hard-to-replicate position in the compliance market.

  • Post-quantum encryption Hybrid post-quantum key exchange and signatures combined with classical cryptography, at NIST Security Level 5.
  • Strong contact verification KIO confirms you're connecting with the genuine person, with checks designed to resist remote impersonation.
  • Large encrypted files End-to-end encrypted transfer of large files with integrity protection, kept private from the relay.
  • CNSA 2.0 aligned An encryption suite aimed at the requirements of regulated and classified deployments.
  • Forward secrecy Modern ratcheting messaging with encrypted, persistent on-device history.
  • Resilient transport Auto-reconnect and a relay fallback for high-censorship environments.

Built for iOS and macOS. Voice/video calls and group messaging are not yet in scope; an independent security audit is planned.

About

The person behind WiredLogix.

Jacob Egly

Hi, I'm Jacob Egly.

Founder, Software Architect

Technology has been my passion for as long as I can remember.

As a kid, I wrote software in Pascal and Visual Basic, built and repaired computers for our family's real estate office, family members, and local businesses, and was often the person people called when their computer or VCR stopped working. I've always enjoyed figuring out how things work and building solutions.

My original plan was to pursue software and computer engineering, but after getting my first taste of making money through my family's Century 21 real estate business, I found myself pulled into the real estate and mortgage industry. What started as helping with the family business eventually became a successful career in mortgage banking.

Even then, technology remained my passion. I was always building tools, automating processes, and looking for better ways to solve problems.

AI changed everything.

Today, I combine my mortgage industry experience with my lifelong passion for technology. While I know Swift, Python, and traditional development, AI lets me focus on architecture, product design, and solving real-world problems while accelerating development at a scale that wasn't possible before.

Through WiredLogix, I'm building products like MTGCRM, KIO, -40, and other applications that turn ideas into reality in days and weeks instead of months and years.

The mortgage industry became my career.
Technology has always been my passion.
